First Service Janitorial is a veteran-owned business, founded by Ryan Cahill, whose journey in the industry began as a night janitor at the YMCA of North Columbus, Ohio back in 2004. He was responsible for cleaning the locker rooms, nursery, school, and gymnasium.
At 18, Ryan joined the United States Marine Corps, where he developed a sharp eye for attention to detail, a quality that has guided him throughout his janitorial career and continues to shape the foundational values of FSJ.
